Customer Success: Using Click2Mail to Succeed in Real Estate

Take Richard Cascio of Dunright Homes, LLC in River Forest, IL, a Chicago-area real estate investor. Richard specializes in selling properties with huge discounts, and almost all of his work is done on the city's South Side. Richard has been in the real estate business for two decades, but he only started "flipping" houses three years ago. His business model: “I buy homes that people may want to or need to sell  quickly without all the fees and expense of traditional home sale process.” 


Richard has been enjoying a lot of success as he takes his real estate career in a new direction. But, as any business owner knows, there's always more to be done. Richard was already using direct mail to reach prospective buyers, but his traditional mail house was expensive.
