Tired of Managing One System for Postal Mail and Another for Email? Now You Don't Have To, With Email-to-Mail

The homeowner's association had a challenge: some of their members wanted to receive the monthly neighborhood newsletter by email, and others wanted to receive it by traditional mail. Yet with a staff of just three, managing two mailing lists, two mailer designs, and two mailings was too much for the HOA.

Email-to-Mail works like this: 1) set up your account for Email-to-Mail; 2) using your regular email client send the message and/or document that you want printed to your special Click2Mail email address; 3) we receive, print and mail the message and/or any attached documents. Easy as 1-2-3!

With Email-to-Mail you use your one email system for both email and printed mail communications. It's the ideal solution when you have a single mailing list with some people who want to receive emails and some who want to receive printed mailers; or when - like one accounting firm - you are required to send some communications by traditional mail (though you typically communicate by email).

How Email-to-Mail works

Email-to-Mail is simple to use; all you need is a Click2Mail account and a way to send email (Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, Gmail). Include your text and images within the body of the email and/or as attachments - we'll incorporate it all into your printed letter.

To send a letter to a single mailing address, use Quickletter (see the instructions here). If you want to send letters to multiple mailing addresses, set up a basic Email-to-Mail account then choose List Letter (see the instructions here).
