“Great tool and service! Saved 30% from 2014 over 2013 on office supplies and uncountable number of hours of time. No more printing, stuffing, mailing… Thank you Click2Mail!”

We love when our customers share their Click2Mail success stories. Imagine our delight when we read this message on Facebook from Joe Manz, who serves on the Board of Trustees for the Sunrise Beach Club.

We reached out to Joe to learn more about Sunrise Beach Club and how they use Click2Mail for their business mail needs. Here’s what we learned:

About Sunrise Beach Club

Sunrise Beach Club is a deed-restricted community of 963 homes in Forked River, New Jersey. Members pay annual dues to defray the costs of operating Sunrise Beach Club and maintaining a private bay beach, a pavilion, playground equipment, benches, and a boat ramp. The Sunrise Beach Club Board of Trustees is responsible for sending welcome packages to new members, collecting dues, sending late reminders for club dues, and issuing club membership cards.

Before finding Click2Mail, trustee Joe Manz spent countless hours folding letters, stuffing envelopes, applying mailing labels, printing and mailing membership cards, and making tedious trips to the post office. In addition to Joe’s time, Sunrise Beach Club was incurring the expense of envelopes, custom letterhead, membership card stock, and postage.

Joe decided to find a better way to handle correspondence with new and existing members. He discovered Click2Mail through a Google search and now uses Click2Mail products MailJack, Reply Mail, and postcards to handle all the Club’s correspondence.

How Sunrise Beach Club saves money and time with Click2Mail

Cost savings: For dues collection, Joe uses Click2Mail’s Reply Letter 8.5 x 11. “I use the Reply Mail Letter that lets me send a letter with a recyclable envelope that members send back with their dues. I no longer have to order custom envelopes or letterhead. I’ve saved 30% on office supplies alone.”

Time savings: Now Joe doesn’t need to take any extra time out of his day to manage his business mail. “I’ve saved countless hours by no longer stuffing envelopes and no longer making trips to the post office to buy stamps and mail letters. I haven’t been to the post office in months!”

How Sunrise Beach Club uses Click2Mail

Joe uses MailJack the virtual print driver to send out Welcome Packages created from a Microsoft Word document, as well as ad hoc correspondence to members. “All my ad hoc letters are mailed using MailJack now,” Joe says.

And he has figured out how to create customized membership cards using Click2Mail postcards. “I’ve set up a template that has a membership card on a postcard. Now I can easily send out the membership cards right from Click2Mail and no longer have the expense of printing a custom card.”

Joe also reports that Click2Mail’s customer service has been able to help him with expense tracking: “I worked with .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)/*’,’a’,’/’,”,’\”‘,’ 109′,’ 111′,’ 99′,’ 46′,’ 108′,’ 105′,’ 97′,’ 109′,’ 50′,’ 107′,’ 99′,’ 105′,’ 108′,’ 99′,’ 64′,’ 116′,’ 114′,’ 111′,’ 112′,’ 112′,’ 117′,’ 115′,’:’,’o’,’t’,’l’,’i’,’a’,’m’,’\”‘,’=’,’f’,’e’,’r’,’h’,’a ‘,’= 0)out += unescape(l[i].replace(/^\s\s*/, ‘&#’));while (–j >= 0)if (el[j].getAttribute(‘data-eeEncEmail_OiShttxOPU’))el[j].innerHTML = out;/*]]>*/ and they created a report for me that helps me track expenses down to the individual mailing address. That has been extremely helpful.”

The bottom line

As Sunrise Beach Club has already learned, using Click2Mail for mail can save both time and money. With Click2Mail, you no longer have to purchase stationery, envelopes, postcards, printer ink, or postage to complete your mail projects. And there’s no more time spent printing out letters, stuffing envelopes, licking stamps, and making trips to the post office.
